机械设备作为建筑施工行业主要固定资产之一,同时也是生产要素中重要的组成部分。如何管理好机械设备是建筑企业资产管理的重要内容。为此,在管理过程中,一方面要严格按照财务管理制度执行,另一方面还要按照目前项目法施工的要求严格管理,有利于降低施工成本、提高机械设备的利用率。现在就对这部分固定资产的管理谈谈自己的看法。
