满应力设计法通常是进行复杂结构最轻重量设计计算的一个有效而经济的方法。根据满应力设计准则这种优化结构的构件达到了最大的许可应力。满应力设计准则是近似的,同时必须循环运用应力比算法。应力比算法一般能在少量重分析次数下形成一种近似的优化设计。这些特点说明了满应力设计的可取之处。在用数学规划方法进行优化结构设计时也可把满应力设计法作为一个有价值的起点。
Full stress design is usually an effective and economical way to calculate the lightest weight of complex structures. According to the design principle of full stress, the optimal structure of the components to achieve the maximum allowable stress. Full stress design guidelines are approximate, and the stress ratio algorithm must be cycled. Stress ratio algorithm can generally form a kind of approximate optimal design under a small number of reanalysis. These features illustrate the desirability of full stress design. The full stress design method can also be used as a valuable starting point when optimizing structural design using mathematical programming methods.
