党的十六大胜利闭幕后,全省计委系统迅速掀起了认真学习十六大精神的热潮。各市县计委以十六大精神为指针,全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,与时俱进,深入研究涉及本地区、本部门工作的重大战略性问题,积极寻求新的发展。本期特约请杭州、温州、舟山、金华、丽水等市计委主任,以“发展要有新思路”为题,畅谈学习十六大报告感受和全面贯彻十六大精神的设想。
