多发性骨髓瘤是血液系统疾病中最易误诊的疾病,我院自1990年～1999年共收治31例,误诊率达70％,现分析如下: 1 临床资料 1.1 一般情况:全部病例均为我院住院病人,男19例,女12例,年龄40～68岁,在院外误诊时间3个月～5年。 1.2 临床表现:发热16例,骨疼25例,贫血25例,出血倾向18例,腰及下肢根性疼痛12例,齿龈肿块1例,骨肿块12例,胸闷4例,胸腔积液2例,雷诺氏症状3例,呕吐、
Multiple myeloma is the most misdiagnosed disease in blood system diseases. Our hospital has treated 31 cases from 1990 to 1999. The misdiagnosis rate is 70%. The analysis is as follows: 1 Clinical data 1.1 General conditions: All cases are me.
