目的了解某疗养院医护人员手卫生执行情况及影响手卫生的因素。方法采用现场调查方法,实际考察某疗养院医务人员手卫生状况。结果洗手指征平均执行率为84.5%,洗手方法正确率平均为83.3%,用纸巾或烘干机干手者占52.4%。影响医护人员手卫生执行的主要因素是重视不够,工作忙没空洗手。结论该疗养院医务人员手卫生依从性较低,主要原因是对手卫生不够重视,应强化管理和干预措施。
Objective To understand the implementation of hand hygiene by medical personnel in a nursing home and the factors affecting hand hygiene. Methods The method of on-site investigation was used to actually examine the hand hygiene status of medical personnel in a nursing home. Results The average execution rate of hand-washing indications was 84.5%. The correct rate of hand-washing method was 83.3% on average, and the percentage of hand-dryers using paper towels or dryers was 52.4%. The main factors that affect the hand hygiene implementation of health care workers are not paying enough attention to the work and busy washing their hands. Conclusion The hand hygiene of medical personnel in sanitarium is low in compliance with the regulations, which is mainly due to the lack of attention paid to the health of opponents. Management and intervention measures should be strengthened.
