目的 研究不同方式掺钕钇铝石榴石 (Nd- YAG)激光对小鼠移植瘤生长及转移的影响 .方法 99只近交系 6 15小鼠 ,分为 4组 ,除对照组外 ,其余 3组应用输出功率 5 W的Nd- YAG激光进行不同方式的照射 ,照射能量密度 80 0 J·cm- 2 ,照射后第 8日观察肿瘤的生长及肺转移情况 .结果 不同方式激光照射组的肿瘤肺转移程度明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,封闭照射组肿瘤生长慢于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) .结论 不同方式的 Nd- YAG激光治疗可减少小鼠肿瘤肺转移 ,提示 Nd- YAG激光除体腔应用外 ,可结合手术治疗或其他种类激光治疗以减少肿瘤转移
Objective To study the effects of different methods of neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (Nd-YAG) laser on the growth and metastasis of transplanted tumor in mice. Methods 99 out of 99 inbred mice were divided into 4 groups, except for the control group, the rest 3 The Nd-YAG laser with output power of 5 W was used for different modes of irradiation with an energy density of 80 0 J·cm - 2 , and the tumor growth and lung metastasis were observed on the 8th day after irradiation. Results Different types of tumors in the laser irradiation group The degree of lung metastasis was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01). The tumor growth in the closed-irradiation group was slower than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Different methods of Nd-YAG laser treatment can reduce the tumor lungs in mice. Metastasis, suggesting that Nd-YAG laser can be combined with surgical treatment or other types of laser treatment to reduce tumor metastasis in addition to body cavity applications
