学术文化建设对于建设一流高职院校具有重要作用,营造学术氛围,提高教师与学生的学术素养,是高职院校在加快自身发展过程中必须重视的问题。本文结合高职院校特点,分析了高职院校学术文化建设的重要性和现状,对高职院校学术文化的建设措施进行了探讨。
The construction of academic culture plays an important role in building a first-rate vocational college. Creating an academic atmosphere and improving the academic qualifications of teachers and students are the issues that vocational colleges must pay attention to in accelerating their own development. Based on the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the importance and status quo of academic culture construction in higher vocational colleges and probes into the construction of academic culture in higher vocational colleges.
