思想道德教育是高职教育目标与内容的重要组成部分,增强高职学生思想道德教育的实效性,是坚持社会主义办学方向、培养德才兼备的高技能人才的必然要求。为此,必须弄清楚影响高职生思想道德教育的心理因素和思想因素,必须根据时代的需要和学生的具体实际,重视学生的主体地位,加强高职院校思想道德教育的队伍建设和阵地建设,从而探索出适合高职生思想道德教育的管理模式,更新高职生思想道德教育的观念、内容与方法,营造和谐、民主、宽松的教育环境。
Ideological and moral education is an important part of the goal and content of higher vocational education. Enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and moral education for higher vocational students is an inevitable requirement of upholding the direction of running socialism and cultivating highly skilled personnel with both ability and political integrity. To this end, we must clarify the psychological and ideological factors that affect the ideological and moral education of higher vocational students. We must attach importance to the dominant position of students according to the needs of the times and the actual conditions of students, and strengthen the team building and positions of ideological and moral education in higher vocational colleges So as to explore the management mode suitable for the higher vocational students ’ideological and moral education, update the concept, contents and methods of higher vocational students’ ideological and moral education, and create a harmonious, democratic and relaxed educational environment.
