Liaoyang, situated in the central part of the Shenyang Economic Area (the Seven Cities), has social and economic relations with Shenyang and Anshan.Now Liaoyang’s farm produce and industrial products as well as labor begin to flow into the circumjacent cities, meanwhile, the enterprise capital, technology,talents and other production factors start to enter Liaoyang. Thus the economic cooperation and exchanges have been in a large field.
