用优选法在YT3150E滚齿机上合理选择主轴转数n和走刀量s,可明显提高生产效率和质量。在加工拖拉机制动器主动轴齿轮时(附图),我们改变了原工艺n=125转/分,s=1毫米的要求。进行了优选:先在转数n不变的情况下找出走刀量s的最佳值。然后使s不变,找出转数n的最佳值列成优选过程表,来测定光洁度和单件加工时间t(分钟)。由下表可知,采用偏低的刀具转速,较大的走刀量对加工中等模数、齿数少的齿轮比较合
