采用SiCl_4水解掺杂法结合高频等离子体粉末熔融技术,制备了3组Yb~(3+)掺杂浓度不同的掺Yb~(3+)石英玻璃。研究了Yb~(3+)掺杂浓度对掺Yb~(3+)石英玻璃物理特性和光学特性的影响。结果表明,当Al ~(3+)掺杂浓度固定时,而随着Yb~(3+)掺杂浓度逐渐增大,掺Yb~(3+)石英玻璃的密度和折射率也逐渐增大;掺Yb~(3+)石英玻璃的积分吸收截面和自发辐射跃迁几率也逐渐变大,而吸收截面和荧光寿命却都在逐渐减小;掺Yb~(3+)石英玻璃的激发态最小粒子数等激光特性参数也逐渐变大。研究表明,随着Yb~(3+)与Al ~(3+)比例的增加,Yb~(3+)间发生了团聚。
Three groups of doped Yb 3+ quartz glass with different concentrations of Yb 3+ were prepared by SiCl 4 hydrolytic doping combined with high frequency plasma powder melting. The effects of Yb ~ (3 +) doping concentration on the physical and optical properties of Yb ~ (3+) doped quartz glass were investigated. The results show that the density and refractive index of Yb 3+ doped quartz glass increase with the increase of Yb 3+ doping concentration when Al 3+ doping concentration is fixed ; The Yb ~ (3 +) quartz glass doped with Yb ~ (3+) quartz glass has a larger absorption cross section and spontaneous emission transition probability, while the absorption cross section and fluorescence lifetime are gradually reduced; The number of particles and other laser parameters also gradually become larger. The results show that with the increase of the ratio of Yb ~ (3+) to Al ~ (3 +), the agglomeration occurs between Yb ~ (3+).
