输电线路覆冰在我国造成许多事故,严重影响了电力系统的安全。本文提出采用弧垂实时监测、线路图像实时监视和小型气象站相结合的综合方法来实时监测架空线路覆冰的新方案,对线路覆冰形成的气象条件、覆冰形成过程和覆冰的严重程度进行全过程的实时监测,以便对该地区线路覆冰进行较深入的研究,及时采取措施防止覆冰的进一步发展造成线路故障。文中叙述了该方案的理论分析、具体实施方案、技术难点、方案的优越性和应用前景,为输电线路覆冰监测、融冰提供了一定的借鉴。
