在新课标的背景下,初中数学教学也发生了重大的变化,注重培养学生的创新精神以及自主学习与实践的能力,教学的重心由教师的教转变成了学生的学习。再者,素质教育的实施,要求教师在教学中注重学生品质的发展与身心健康,这就要求教师在教学中将传统应试教育留下的痕迹逐步清除,尊重学生的个性化与健康发展。在教学实践中,教师要对教学过程进行适当的反思,从而找出不恰当的教学方式,并对其进行改正,也为后续的教学指明方向。
In the context of the new curriculum, junior high school mathematics teaching has also undergone major changes, focusing on cultivating students’ innovative spirit and the ability of independent learning and practice, the teaching center of gravity from the teacher’s teaching into a student learning. In addition, the implementation of quality education requires teachers to pay attention to the development of students’ quality and physical and mental health in their teaching, which requires teachers to gradually clear the trace left by traditional examination-oriented education in teaching and respect the individuality and healthy development of students. In teaching practice, teachers should conduct proper reflection on the teaching process so as to find improper teaching methods and correct them, and also indicate the direction for subsequent teaching.
