最近,我们对土法(用煤炉加热)热轧齿轮作了冷轧试验。土法热轧(本刊6期)的精度为4级,经冷轧后普遍提高到2~3级。今将情况介绍如下。一、冷轧齿轮用设备1.机床:SU-63型普通车床。2.夹具:双轧轮径向进给式,结构见下图。导轮18由主轴2自车床床头1得到动力,与分度齿轮10′啮合运转,使冷轧轧轮10作强制迴转。为了保证分度齿轮与冷轧轧轮的同位,两者是作成一体的。工件14(热轧齿轮)的内孔鉝有键槽,装在带外花键的弹簧套筒13
