选取A高校体育系12个田径教学班360名学生进行一学期的同伴教育,来研究同伴教育在田径教学中减少运动损伤的效果。结果表明同伴教育对预防田径运动损伤有非常明显的效果。实施同伴教育的干预组学生得分比常规教育对照组高,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);干预组教育后损伤发生率比对照组低,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);干预组中度和重度损伤发生率教育后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。可见同伴教育在田径教学中是一种优于常规教学的有效、可行的教育方式。
Select a college athletics 12 track and field teaching 360 students a semester peer education to study peer education in track and field teaching to reduce the effect of sports injury. The results show that peer education has a very significant effect on preventing track and field injuries. The scores of students in the intervention group were higher than those in the normal education group (P <0.01). The incidence of injury in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.01) The incidence of moderate and severe injury in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). It can be seen that peer education is an effective and feasible way of education that is superior to conventional teaching in track and field teaching.
