会议强调复合材料的研究重点应放在界面层的的表征和界面层的控制与设计。因为没有前者对界面层的足够认识,也就难以有针对性的措施来控制和设计界面层。另外,对界面层的控制与设计,其目的在于提高材料整体的力学性能。而界面层的残余应力对力学性能有严重影响。要定量地解决这个问题,采取微观细观宏观相结合的方法可望得到解决。目前最大的困难是无法直接测定界面层的刚度。
The meeting emphasized that the research of composite materials should focus on the characterization of interface layer and the control and design of interface layer. Because there is no enough understanding of the former interface layer, it is difficult to take targeted measures to control and design interface layer. In addition, the interface layer control and design, the purpose is to improve the overall mechanical properties of the material. The residual stress of the interface layer has a serious impact on the mechanical properties. To solve this problem quantitatively, it is expected that the micro-macro-macro approach will be adopted. The biggest difficulty at the moment is the inability to directly measure the stiffness of the interface layer.
