利用柱层析法及生长速率法研究了西芹根物质丙酮浸提液二次层析物对黄瓜枯萎病菌的化感作用.将西芹鲜根丙酮浸提液经一次层析后得到的最佳抑制流分进行二次分离,并对所得流分分别进行化感作用实验,得出流分1、2、4、5、6、7、9对黄瓜枯萎病菌的生长具有化感抑制作用,其中流分1和流分2的抑制效果最强,抑制率分别为79.31%和79.13%,与ck差异极显著(P<0.01);流分3、8、10对黄瓜枯萎病菌的生长具有化感促进作用.而将西芹根际土壤丙酮浸提液进行同样处理后,得出流分1、2、3、4、6、7、9、10对黄瓜枯萎病菌的生长具有化感抑制作用,其中流分1和流分3的抑制效果最强,抑制率分别为80.44%和81.28%,与对照ck差异极显著(P<0.01);流分5和流分8对黄瓜枯萎病菌的生长具有化感促进作用.随着时间的增加这种化感抑制或促进作用逐渐减弱.
