研究海域或水域的海藻类型对海域或水域的污染情况调查、赤潮的预测等具有重要意义。通过对由特征激发波长(420,440,460,470,530,560,590,610nm)激发的荧光光谱取平均值[1~3],按特征激发波长从小到大的顺序,计算了由相邻激发波长激发的荧光光谱平均值的比值,并对特征数据进行了相关分析,得到的绿藻之间的相关系数大于0.95,硅藻之间的相关系数大于0.85。结果表明,由特征激发光激发的荧光光谱均值和按顺序所取的比值可作为识别海藻的特征参数。
It is of great significance to investigate the pollution of seaweeds in the sea area or waters to the sea area or water area and forecast the red tide.
