作文批改是教师积累作文教学资料、获得教学反馈信息的有效手段,是教师有效控制作文进程的必要条件,是促进学生提高作文水平的重要环节,也是师生进行思想感情交流的良好途径,因此应十分重视。根据皮格马利翁效应,教师在教学中全身心地投入,充满感情,会很有利于调动学生的学习热情。所以,在对待学生有血有肉的作文时,同样应以饱满的热情,体悟学生的情感律动,用心灵和他们对话。在评判学生作文得失时,多一点鼓励,充分调动起他们作文的积极性,激发出他们深刻认识自己作文失误并努力改进的热情。对于个别性问题,进行面批是一条有益的途径。教师的批改,不应成为学生作文的终止符,要培养学生养成修改文章的好习惯。下面具体谈谈自己的体会。

In assessing the success or failure of student writing, we should encourage and mobilize the enthusiasm of their writing sufficiently and inspire them to deeply understand their mistakes in writing and work hard to improve. For individual issues, face to face is a useful way. Teacher’s revision, should not become the terminator of student composition, to cultivate students to develop a good habit to modify the article.
