收集经临床或病理证实、影像学资料完整的四种结缔组织疾病 2 5例 ,对其影像学表现进行了分析。结果 2 5例中 X线发现肺部改变 15例 ,CT18例 ,HRCT2 5例。提示 HRCT是目前监测肺间质性病变发生和发展的最好手段
Twenty-five cases of four kinds of connective tissue diseases confirmed by clinical or pathological findings and complete imaging were collected and their imaging findings were analyzed. Results In 25 cases, there were 15 cases of lung changes, 18 cases of CT and 5 cases of HRCT2. Tip HRCT is the best way to monitor the occurrence and development of interstitial lung disease
