本文对三磷酸腺苷(ATP)治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效并与综合治疗组比较.结果显示加用ATP比单用综合治疗新生儿HIE更有效.临床神经症状恢复时间比较,轻度P<0.05,中、重度P<0.01;20项新生儿行为神经评分达满分比较,轻、中度P<0.05.重度P<0.01.提示:ATP治疗新生儿HIE有效.
This article on adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) efficacy and compared with the comprehensive treatment group.The results show that the use of ATP is more effective than the comprehensive treatment of neonatal HIE more effective clinical recovery time of neurological symptoms, Mild and moderate P <0.01, moderate and severe P <0.01; 20 newborns behavioral neurological score reached full score, mild and moderate P <0.05 severe P <0.01 .That: ATP treatment of neonatal HIE effective.
