本文以体外培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞作为研究对象,用从健康人空腹混合血清中超速离心分离的低,高密度脂蛋白(LDL、HDL)作为影响因素,通过对条件培养液中6-酮-PGF 1α含量的放射免疫测定,观察两种脂蛋白对人血管内皮细胞PGI_2合成的影响,研究结果表明:HDL能促进内皮细胞合成PGI_2(P<0.01);相反,LDL起抑制作用:其抑制程度与LDL—胆固醇浓度相关(P<0.05),并与其对细胞的形态损伤有一定联系。LDL对内皮细胞的这种影响可能是由于其过度氧化所产生的脂质过氧化物增多所致。
