用组织学和组织化学方法对大鼠胸腺的年龄变化进行了研究。健康雄性SD大白鼠32只,分为3月龄(青年)、8月龄(成年)、15月龄(初老)及20月龄(老年)四组。3月龄胸腺皮质较厚,淋巴细胞密集,染色较深,皮质与髓质分界明显;8月龄以后,皮质变薄,髓质扩大,脂肪组织逐渐增多;20月龄胸腺实质只剩下分散的小块状,其余全被脂肪组织所代替。ACP、NSe、ATPase及5-Nase活性随增龄而增加,AKP、LDH及SDH无明显的年龄性变化。
The histological and histochemical methods were used to investigate the age-related changes in the thymus of rats. Thirty-two healthy male SD rats were divided into four groups: 3 months old (youth), 8 months old (adult), 15 months old (first old) and 20 months old (old). Thymus cortex of 3 months old was thicker, with lymphocyte dense, darker staining and obvious demarcation between cortex and medulla. After 8 months of age, the cortex became thinner and the medulla expanded, the adipose tissue gradually increased; Small pieces, the rest are all replaced by fatty tissue. The activity of ACP, NSe, ATPase and 5-Nase increased with aging, but AKP, LDH and SDH showed no obvious age-related changes.
