为了适应深层静力触探试验的需要,六机部勘测公司将一项先进的技术——“滚珠螺母丝杆”引用到触探设备上来,他们自行设计、研制成功了一种重型滚珠螺母丝杆式静力触探贯入设备(见照片)。此设备是将滚珠螺母丝杆代替铜螺母滑动丝杆,并将原来的四级动力传递减为三级传递而制成。由于滚珠螺母丝杆摩阻力小,传递效率可高达92~96%,故可大大减少动力损耗,而使贯入能力提高了两倍多。采用4千瓦电动机一台,计算允许压力为15吨,最大可达19吨。
In order to adapt to the needs of deep-penetration testing, the six-machine survey company cited an advanced technology—“ball nut screw”—into the penetrating equipment. They designed and developed a kind of heavy-duty ball. Nut-threaded penetration testing penetration equipment (see photo). This device is made by replacing the original four-stage power transmission with three-stage transmission by replacing the copper nut sliding screw with a ball nut screw. Since the ball nut screw has a small frictional resistance, the transmission efficiency can be as high as 92 to 96%, so the power loss can be greatly reduced, and the penetration ability can be increased by more than twice. With a 4-kilowatt motor, the allowable pressure is 15 tons and the maximum is 19 tons.
