山东省招远县金岭镇山李家村,为普及妇幼保健知识,提高妇女、儿童的健康水平,建立了妇幼保健宣教室,坚持妇幼保健月会制,深受广大群众的欢迎。这个村投资1,200多元,办起了妇幼保健宣教室,室领导小组由女乡村医生、妇女主任、幼儿园教师等五人组成。每月1日召开1次妇幼保健会。参加活动人员主要为全村的妇女、儿童及照顾孩子的长辈等。活动时间闲季时间长,忙季时间短。活动内容有宣讲妇幼保健知识;指导孕期家庭自我监护;
