关于药物诱导免疫溶血性贫血的问题尚未解决,可能是药物引起了溶血性抗体的产生。对红细胞与药物抗体之间的相互作用,目前认为有几种可能的机制。1.半抗原机制Ackroyd 通过对药物所致血小板减少症患者的研究,提出了这样的假说,即各种药物作为半抗原,与体内细胞蛋白结合形成完全抗原,从而导致免疫性细胞溶解。这一假说现已成为众所周知的“半抗原机制”。
The issue of drug-induced immune-hemolytic anemia has not been resolved, probably because the drug causes hemolytic antibodies. There are currently several possible mechanisms for the interaction between erythrocytes and drug antibodies. 1. Haptic Antigen Mechanism Ackroyd’s hypothesis is based on studies of drug-induced thrombocytopenia in which various drugs act as haptens and bind to the cellular proteins in the body to form the complete antigen, resulting in the lysis of immunocompetent cells. This hypothesis has now become the well-known “hapten mechanism.”
