将正常足月妊娠自然分娩产妇３２０例随机分为两组，观察早吸吮对缩短第三产程、产后２小时及产后２４小时内出血量的影响。观察组２００例，胎儿娩出包扎脐带后即和母亲裸体接触、吸吮乳头３０分钟；对照组１２０例，胎儿娩出包扎脐带后入婴儿室。结果发现：产后早吸吮能明显缩短第三产程时间，减少产后出血量及产后出血发生率。提示母乳喂养、早吸吮能预防产后出血、促进子宫复旧、有利于母亲的健康
320 cases of spontaneous childbirth in normal term pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups to observe the effect of early sucking on shortening the third stage of labor, 2 hours postpartum and 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage. The observation group of 200 cases, the fetus was delivered after bandaging the umbilical cord and the mother naked, sucking the nipple for 30 minutes; the control group of 120 cases, the fetus was delivered after the bandage umbilical cord into the baby room. The results showed that: Postpartum suckling can significantly reduce the third stage of labor time, reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum hemorrhage. Prompted breastfeeding, early sucking to prevent postpartum hemorrhage and promote uterine involution, is conducive to the mother’s health
