本文给出了下列稀土金属化合物的发射性能,介绍了它们的制备、涂敷及试验的方法:(1)单稀土金属氧化物(Y_2O_3,Dy_2O-3,Nd_2O_3,Gd_2O_3,Tb_2O_3,Pr_2O_3及Sm_2O_3);(2)混合稀土金属氧化物(Y_2O_3-Nd_2O_3,Y_2O_3-La_2O_3);(3)稀土金属硼化物(LaB_6及YB_6);(4)稀土金属难熔盐(La_2O_3-Fe_2O_3,La_2O_3-Co_2O_3,La_2O_3-WO_3,La_2O_3-Al_2O_3,Y_2O_3-Fe_2O_3,Y_2O_3-Co_2O_3,Y_2O_3-WO_3,Y_2O_3-Al_2O_3及Y_2O_3-Gd_2O_3-ZrO_2);(5)La_2S_3;及(6)LaN。 本文还讨论了发射结果,并指出稀土金属化合物材料的应用前途及新材料的探索途径。
In this paper, the emission properties of the following rare earth metal compounds are given. The preparation, coating and testing methods are introduced as follows: (1) The single rare earth metal oxides (Y2O3, Dy2O3, Nd2O3, Gd2O3, Tb2O3, Pr2O3 and Sm2O3) ; (2) mixed rare earth metal oxides (Y_2O_3-Nd_2O_3, Y_2O_3-La_2O_3); (3) rare earth metal borides (LaB_6 and YB_6); (4) rare earth refractory salts (La_2O_3-Fe_2O_3, La_2O_3-Co_2O_3, La_2O_3 -WO_3, La_2O_3-Al_2O_3, Y_2O_3-Fe_2O_3, Y_2O_3-Co_2O_3, Y_2O_3-WO_3, Y_2O_3-Al_2O_3 and Y_2O_3-Gd_2O_3-ZrO_2; (5) La_2S_3; and (6) LaN. The paper also discusses the emission results and points out the application of rare earth metal compounds and exploration of new materials.
