引子北有大邱庄南有邱二村提起天津的大邱庄,可谓人人皆知,而浙江的邱二村,也是知者甚众,它曾经也是“社会主义新农村”的一面旗帜。邱二村的原党委书记陈银儿就最是喜欢“北有大邱庄、南有邱二村”之说。可叹的是,如今的邱二村“村主”陈银儿也步了大邱庄“庄主”禹作敏的后尘,成了阶下囚。1997年12月16日,宁波市中级法院作出二审判决,维持原判,判处陈银儿有期徒刑6年。陈银儿从一位农民到大红大紫的全国优秀企业家,继而又成了一名囚犯,其人生历程值得众人深思。
