黑龙江省科技期刊编辑学会第一次代表大会暨编辑业务研讨会,于1987年1月10日至13日在我院召开。参加会议的有110名团体会员代表。黑龙江省副省长王连铮、省科协主席余友泰、副主席张洪恩、东北农学院院长王文超、副院长史伯鸿等同志到会祝贺并讲话。大会收到一些省、市、自治区科技期刊编辑学(协)会发来的贺电、贺信21件。
Heilongjiang Province Science and Technology Periodical Editing Society first congress and editing business seminar, in January 1987 January 10 to 13 in our hospital. There are 110 group members attending the meeting. Wang Lianzheng, vice governor of Heilongjiang Province, Yu Youtai, chairman of the Provincial Association for Science and Technology, Zhang Hong’en, vice chairman of the Provincial Association for Science and Technology, Wang Wenchao, president of the Northeast Agricultural College, and Shi Bohong, vice dean of the Northeast Agricultural College attended the congratulation and delivered speeches. The congress received some congratulatory messages and 21 congratulatory letters from editors (associations) of science and technology periodicals of provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions.
