本文报道在高pH值地区进行大白菜根肿病苗期人工接种抗病性鉴定的方法。试验表明,可用pH5.5的南方花卉营养土作培养基质,以1000倍显微镜下,每视野有10个休眠孢子囊浓度的悬浮液浸根接种,在人工控制pH值到5.5的条件下培养。我们于1987年开始用此方法对5份大白菜一代杂种进行了抗病性鉴定,结果表明此方法是可行的。
This paper reports the method of artificial inoculation resistance identification of Chinese cabbage clubroot disease in high pH region. Experiments show that the culture medium can be used southern flower nutrition pH5.5 culture medium to 1,000 times the microscope, each field has a suspension of 10 resting sporangium concentration immersion root inoculation, under the conditions of artificial pH control to 5.5 to cultivate. We started in 1987 with this method on five Chinese cabbage generation of hybrids were identified, the results show that this method is feasible.
