研究Bcl-2和Bax基因蛋白表达以及Bax/Bcl-2比例与鼻咽癌放射敏感性及其预后之间的关系。采用免疫组化S-P法,检测75例鼻咽癌组织标本和12例正常鼻咽黏膜组织中Bcl-2和Bax的蛋白表达情况。结果显示,Bax/Bcl-2比例可作为指导鼻咽癌的临床治疗和估计其预后的指标。
To investigate the relationship between the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein and the ratio of Bax / Bcl-2 to radiosensitivity and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the protein expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in 75 specimens of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 12 specimens of normal nasopharyngeal mucosa. The results show that Bax / Bcl-2 ratio can be used as a guide for the clinical treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and prognosis of indicators.
