在不断深化改革、扩大开放和社会主义市场经济迅速发展的新形势下,唐河县运管所组织干部职工认真学习党的十四届三中全会精神和邓小平同志建设有中国特色的社会主义理论,不断更新观念,理清思路,深化内部改革,强化基础服务功能,使规费征收工作从长期固有的旧格局中冲了出来,迈入了广阔灿烂的新天地。1993年,运管费完成105万元,占计划的190％;拖拉机养路费完成147.6万元,占计划的124％,客运附加费完成105.9万元,占计划的11O％;货运附加费完成95.8万元,占计划的129％。被地区评为交通系统先进单位。
