探讨了几种工业用非离子表面活性剂对蔗渣碱法制浆以及ECF漂白的影响,同时,比较了不同可漂浆的性质。结果表明,在蔗渣碱法制浆中应用表面活性剂可降低碱的消耗和浆料卡伯值,提高浆料的得率和白度;且经ELA-2、FAE-20或PEG1000表面活性剂处理得到的浆料采用D0ED1或D0EPD1流程易于漂白;与常规碱法制浆相比,蔗渣碱法制浆中添加表面活性剂可获得较高强度的漂白浆。
The effects of industrial nonionic surfactants on bagasse alkali pulping and ECF bleaching were discussed. Meanwhile, the properties of different bleachable pulp were compared. The results showed that the use of surfactants in the bagasse alkaline pulping can reduce the consumption of alkali and the kappa number of the slurry, and improve the yield and whiteness of the slurry. After the ELA-2, FAE-20 or PEG1000 surfactants The treated slurry is easily bleached by the D0ED1 or D0EPD1 process. Compared with the conventional alkaline pulping, the higher activity bleached pulp can be obtained by adding the surfactant to the bagasse alkaline pulping.
