用黑曲霉产生的纤维素酶(C)和半纤维素酶(H),在实验室规模下对激光打印办公废纸进行了酶法脱墨研究。在优化酶水解的工艺下,最高脱墨效率为73%;优化的条件为:碎浆浓度1%,时间1min,温度50℃,pH值3.5,搅拌速率60r/min,浆浓4%,C和H的用量均为2.5U/g(两者质量比为1︰1)。进一步优化浮选工艺参数后,最高脱墨效率为95%;此浮选工艺为:用量0.5%(质量分数)的Tween80表面活性剂,pH值6.0,通入空气流速10L/min,温度45℃,时间15min。酶法脱墨浆的成纸性能较好,这说明了酶法脱墨工艺的有效性。
The enzymatic deinking of laser-printed office waste paper was studied on a laboratory scale using Aspergillus niger cellulase (C) and hemicellulase (H).
