作为加强党和政府与人民群众血肉联系的重要渠道,信访工作在以改善民生为取向的社会建设中发挥着重大作用,是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础性工作。本文从新时期信访工作的新特点、面临的新矛盾出发,探索如何加强新时期信访工作。
As an important channel for strengthening the flesh-and-blood ties between the party and the government and the masses of the people, petition work plays an important role in building a society oriented towards improving people’s livelihood. It is a basic work for building a harmonious socialist society. Based on the new features and new contradictions confronting the petition work in the new period, this article explores how to strengthen the petition work in the new era.
