Joint and / or connective tissue disease can affect the liver, and joint pain and nonspecific arthritis can also occur in patients with liver disease, which can even delay diagnosis. This article reports the simultaneous occurrence of two chronic hepatitis B (HBsAg) -positive chronic active hepatitis (CAH) and mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD) in two patients.
