病毒性肝炎伴发格林-巴利氏综合征国内较少见。现将我科1986年遇见的1例报告如下。病历摘要男患,25岁,工人,住院号89350。1986年6月感周身乏力、食欲不振、上腹部闷胀,无恶心、呕吐。曾在外院按“胃炎”治疗一月,症状略缓解。1986年10月下旬乏力明显,食欲差,恶心、呕吐多次,腹胀、尿黄,无畏寒、发热。在当地对症治疗无效,且发现肝功异常,于11月20日入本院治疗。体检:消 Viral hepatitis associated with Green-Barre syndrome less common in China.
