目的观察人参健心胶囊对胰岛素抵抗(IR)大鼠内皮的保护作用。方法通过高脂膳食建立胰岛素抵抗Wistar大鼠模型,分为人参健心胶囊高、低剂量组,二甲双胍治疗组,模型组,并设立正常对照组,疗程6周。以李氏胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)评价胰岛素抵抗,对照各治疗组与模型对照组内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)指标,光镜下观察主动脉血管内皮形态。结果人参健心胶囊高、低剂量治疗组和二甲双胍治疗组治疗后胰岛素水平明显降低、胰岛素敏感指数明显升高,NO明显升高,ET-1明显降低。光镜下观察人参健心高剂量组、二甲双胍组内皮结构基本正常,模型组内皮损伤严重。结论人参健心胶囊可以改善胰岛素抵抗大鼠的胰岛素抵抗状态,对血管内皮具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of ginseng Jianxin capsule on endothelium of insulin resistance (IR) rats. Methods Wistar rats model of insulin resistance was established by high-fat diet. The rats were divided into high and low dose groups of ginseng Jianxin Capsule, metformin-treated group and model group, and a normal control group was established for 6 weeks. Insulin resistance was evaluated by insulin sensitivity index (ISI). The ET-1 and NO levels in each treatment group were compared with those in the model control group. The morphology of aortic endothelial cells was observed under light microscope. Results The ginseng Jianxin Capsule high-dose low-dose treatment group and metformin treatment group significantly reduced insulin levels, insulin sensitivity index was significantly increased, NO was significantly increased, ET-1 was significantly lower. Under the light microscope, high-dose ginseng Jianxin group, metformin group endothelial normal basic model group, severe endothelial injury. Conclusion Ginseng Jianxin Capsule can improve insulin resistance in insulin-resistant rats and has a protective effect on the vascular endothelium.
