本文主要介绍皮带集中控制中的KTK(24)闭锁话机的设计应用,以山西潞安环保能源开发股份有限公司漳村煤矿的项目实施为例,详细介绍其系统组成、结构及功能。通过PLC控制可以检测沿线闭锁装置的状态以及与沿线语音电话进行通信,闭锁能够实现沿线急停闭锁台数自动识别,报警并显示位置;语音电话能够实现送话、放音。
This article mainly introduces the design and application of KTK (24) lock-up telephone in belt centralized control. Taking the project implementation of Shanxi Luan Environmental Protection Energy Development Co., Ltd. Zhangcun Coal Mine as an example, the system composition, structure and function are introduced in detail. Through the PLC control, it can detect the state of the blocking device along the line and communicate with the voice telephone along the line. The blocking can realize the automatic identification, alarm and display position of the number of emergency stop along the line, and the voice call can send and play voice.
