采用自行研制的新型脉冲放电表面强化设备,以YG8为电极、45钢为基体进行了强化试验,探讨了电参数、强化时间与涂层性能之间的关系,用显微硬度计和X射线衍射仪测定了涂层硬度及其结构,通过磨损试验研究了涂层的耐磨损性能。磨损试验表明,通过脉冲放电表面强化,材料的抗磨损性能大为提高。
A new type of pulse discharge surface hardening equipment developed by ourselves was used to conduct the strengthening test with YG8 as the electrode and 45 steel as the substrate. The relationship between the electrical parameters, the strengthening time and the coating properties was discussed. The microhardness tester and X-ray diffraction The hardness of the coating and its structure were measured. The abrasion resistance of the coating was studied by wear test. Abrasion test shows that by strengthening the surface of the pulse discharge, the wear resistance of the material is greatly improved.
