活塞环-气缸套摩擦副的工作状况对内燃机的正常工作有重大作用。气缸套在使用过程中的磨损影响到活塞环-气缸套摩擦副的润滑状态和密封性,并进一步影响到内燃机的经济性、动力性和排放特性。为了解活塞环-气缸套摩擦副的磨损特性,在活塞环-气缸套2维润滑特性分析的基础上,建立了适合于工程实际应用的磨损模型,计算了气缸套的2维磨损量分布,研究了内燃机运行时间、润滑油温度、粘度、活塞环-气缸套表面粗糙度等因素对活塞环—气缸套摩擦副磨损特性的影响,对气缸套的寿命做了预测,并以试验对理论分析做了验证。
Piston ring - the working condition of the cylinder liner friction pair plays a significant role in the normal operation of the internal combustion engine. Wear of the cylinder liner during use affects the lubrication state and sealing of the piston-cylinder liner friction pair and further affects the economy, power and emission characteristics of the internal combustion engine. In order to understand the wear characteristics of the piston-cylinder liner friction pair, the two-dimensional wear distribution of the cylinder liner was calculated based on the analysis of the two-dimensional lubrication characteristics of the piston ring-cylinder liner. The influence of internal combustion engine running time, lubricant temperature and viscosity, piston ring - cylinder liner surface roughness on the wear characteristics of piston - cylinder liner friction pair was studied. The life expectancy of cylinder liner was predicted, and the theoretical analysis Verified.
