心阻抗图是一项非侵入性测定心输出量、心功能以及血液动力学参数变化的技术。对病人无痛苦,适宜临床监测,重复性好。经廿年来的研究,已广泛用于临床,尤其对术后与重危病人的测定更显示出其优越性。但是,此技术属非直接测定各项生理参数,所反映的生物阻抗信息用于定量计算心搏量,会受到解剖与生理上等因素影响。因此在实际使用中,应该掌握正确的测算与使用的限度。本文介绍该方法的基本原理及其临床应用,也提供了某些影响因素的修正方法,以提高心阻抗图临床应用的可靠性。
