建立工作场所空气中β-萘酚的催化光度测定法。在稀硫酸介质中,β-萘酚能催化溴酸钾氧化亮绿的褪色反应,据此建立了催化光度法测定工作场所空气中β-萘酚的浓度。在优化条件下,于最大吸收波长466nm处进行测定,β-萘酚的浓度为0.12~4.00μg/ml时与ΔA呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),方法检出限为0.034μg/ml,样品的加标回收率为92.9%~98.4%,相对标准偏差为1.88%~4.43%。该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,适用于工作场所空气中β-萘酚浓度的测定。
Establishment of catalytic spectrophotometry of β-naphthol in workplace air. In dilute sulfuric acid medium, β-naphthol can catalyze the bright green fading reaction of potassium bromate, and the catalytic spectrophotometry was established to determine the concentration of β-naphthol in the air of the workplace. Under the optimal conditions, the maximum absorbance wavelength was 466nm. The linear relationship was found between ΔN and β-naphthol (r = 0.999 5) when the concentration of β-naphthol was 0.12 ~ 4.00μg / ml. The detection limit was 0.034μg / ml. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 92.9% to 98.4% with relative standard deviations of 1.88% -4.43%. The method is simple, high sensitivity and suitable for the determination of β-naphthol in the air of the workplace.
