目的:了解北京市昌平区公共卫生从业人员传染病检出情况及其动态变化。方法:ALT采用全自动生化分析仪速率法,HBsAg采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA);伤寒、细菌性痢疾采用实验诊断方法。结果:昌平区2004年-2010年公共卫生从业人员体检494969人,“五病”总检出9264人(1.87%),以HBsAg阳性率和活动性肺结核检出率较高(χ2=47862.81,P<0.01);七年没有伤寒病人检出;2004年-2010年公共卫生从业人员活动性肺结核病的检出率呈逐年上升趋势(χ2=391.42,P<0.01)。结论:加强公共场所乙肝和肺结核等卫生知识的宣传和培训,继续做好昌平区公共卫生从业人员健康检查和传染病患者的调离工作。
Objective: To understand the detection of infectious diseases among public health workers in Changping District of Beijing and its dynamic changes. Methods: The rate of ALT was measured by automatic biochemical analyzer, the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used for detecting HBsAg, and the diagnostic method was used for typhoid and bacillary dysentery. Results: There were 494,969 public health workers in Changping District from 2004 to 2010, and 9,264 (1.87%) were detected in “Five Diseases”. The positive rates of HBsAg and active tuberculosis were higher (χ2 = 47862.81 , P <0.01). No typhoid fever was detected in seven years. The detection rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis among public health workers increased year by year from 2004 to 2010 (χ2 = 391.42, P <0.01). Conclusion: Publicity and training of health knowledge such as hepatitis B and tuberculosis in public places should be strengthened, and health checks of public health practitioners in Changping District and transfer of patients with infectious diseases should be continued.
