Wedge cross-rolling process can not only improve productivity, save the metal consumption, but also improve the thermal pressure processing technology product accuracy. The higher part machining accuracy, the better the economic performance of this process. In order to determine the basic direction of improving process accuracy, the precision characteristics of these parts were carried out by rolling the №50-3406034, 50-2807016, 52-1802063 and other parts with a UWQ40 × 400 wedge rolling mill under the production conditions of a tractor factory in Minsk Analysis. The sample is selected from the automatic work process of the mill for an hour, with not less than 50 samples for each part. Part size arithmetic mean and discrete difference is determined by mathematical statistics of each batch of samples, the table
