在红外激光雷达应用中,需要400mm大尺寸精密检测,并要求实测结果及配合尺寸不超过0.005mm公差范围。这在公差表内是找不到的。而且我们没有三坐标测量仪,附近各兄弟单位也没有这种测量手段。为介决工程急需,我们改装了万能测长仪。利用测长仪的头部及尾部加工一个2.2m测长基身,基身的精度完全符合万能测长仪墓身精度要求。采用了三点测量法,利用块规比较,在原万能测长仪只测到200mm情况下扩大到 500mm。
