在已出版过的众所熟知的有关设计立式涡轮泵壳体资料中,只有相当少的一部分可以利用。然而,涡壳的设计十分重要,常常是达到设计指标成功与否的关键。作者三十年来在这方面做过三种工作,比较成功。第一种情况,过水流道均匀地缩窄1/3;第二种情况,过水流道仅改进轮毂型线;第三种情况,轮毂及叶型都稍微加以改进,其效率一下子从80%提高到88%。
Of the well-known published data on the design of vertical turbo-pump housings, only a relatively small portion has been utilized. However, the design of the volute is very important and is often the key to the success of a design indicator. The author has done three kinds of work in this respect for more than three decades and has been quite successful. In the first case, the water passage narrows uniformly by 1/3; in the second case, the water passage only improves the wheel profile; in the third case, the hub and the airfoil are slightly improved, and the efficiency is suddenly reduced from 80 % To 88%.
