我公司承担天津某工程全部钢筋砼构件运输,对其中超长的钢筋砼柱子,我们采用大排汽车高架柱子加平衡梁的运输方法。实践证明,这个方案是切实可行的。对保护构件减少变形效果好,也较为经济。该工程承重结构的无梁楼盖体系,采用升板施工方法。柱子断面为400×400mm,全长25.8m。为方便施工和保证整体的稳定性,把柱子做成二节,上节长6.80m.下节长19.00m。本文只谈19.00m长柱子的运输方法。
Our company is responsible for the transport of all reinforced concrete components of a certain project in Tianjin. For the long reinforced concrete pillars, we use the transportation method of large-row automobile elevated columns and balance beams. Practice has proved that this program is feasible. It is also economical to reduce the deformation of the protective member. The beamless floor system of the load-bearing structure of the project adopts the construction method of the riser. The section of the column is 400×400mm and the total length is 25.8m. In order to facilitate construction and ensure overall stability, the column was made into two sections. The upper section was 6.80 meters long and the lower section was 19.00 meters long. This article only discusses the 19.00m long column transport method.
