武钢两座高炉投产以来,风口大量破损,曾严重的影响生产。风口破损原因总的来说不外乎以下三方面:1.原料质量变差;2.炉缸堆积,炉况不顺;3.风口的制造质量不好,材质和结构不尽合理。风口的大量破损不但给生产带来损失,而且也给炉前工带来繁重的劳动。鉴于这种情况,我们除了改进高炉操作以外,在风口结构上也想了很多的办法。其中双冷风口试验较好。

A large number of damaged tuyere not only bring loss to the production, but also bring heavy labor to the foreman. In view of this situation, in addition to improving the operation of the blast furnace, we also think of a lot of ways in the tuyere structure. Which double cold outlet test is better.
